Appealing and elegant vintage Rolex DateJust cased in steel and fitted with a beautiful white “Buckley” dial. The nickname Buckley has been attributed to these specific dial after Mr. John Buckley, a New York based jeweller. Moreover, this was watch mounts an olive style jubilee bracelet that was manufactured in Mexico by Joskes, one of the very few companies authorised by Rolex to reproduce their brand outside of Switzerland at the time.
